1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Expitech Education Private Limited's website, courses, templates, and support services. By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
2. Course access
Course access is issued to a single learner. Access credentials are non-transferable. Sharing credentials or recorded material externally may result in immediate revocation without refund.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. GST invoices are issued on request to support@expitech.com.
4. Outcomes
We do not guarantee job placement or specific financial outcomes. Our mentors provide active support, resume reviews, interview prep, referrals, but your results depend on your effort and the market.
5. Intellectual property
All course material, videos, templates, and brand assets are owned by Expitech Education Private Limited. You may use them for your personal learning and client work, but not resell or republish without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
