1. Who we are

This policy describes how Expitech Education Private Limited("Expitech", "we", "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you interact with our website, courses, or support channels.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details you provide (name, email, phone) via forms or WhatsApp.
  • Course enrollment details processed through our Learning Management partner (Classplus).
  • Payment metadata through our processor (Razorpay). We do not store card numbers.
  • First-party, aggregated traffic data via Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
  • If you accept cookies: Google Analytics 4 and Meta (Facebook) Pixel for measuring ad performance and understanding how the site is used. You can decline via the banner on your first visit, and change your mind any time by clearing theexpitech_consentcookie.

3. Why we collect it

  • To respond to enquiries and deliver the courses you enroll in.
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, download links, access credentials).
  • With your consent, to send occasional course updates and educational content. You can opt out any time.
  • To improve the site and course materials based on aggregated usage patterns.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what's needed with payment processors (Razorpay), email infrastructure (Resend), our LMS (Classplus), and analytics providers listed above. All partners are bound by their own data-protection obligations.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact. Enrollment and payment records are retained as required by Indian tax and consumer law (minimum 8 years).

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@expitech.com. We will respond within 30 days.
