Refund & cancellation policy

1. Paid courses
You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if you have not attended more than two live sessions and have not accessed more than 20% of the recorded material.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method, minus payment gateway fees where applicable.
2. Rescheduling
If you cannot attend a cohort you enrolled in, you can reschedule once to any future cohort at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the start date.
3. Digital products
Templates, sheets, and downloadable packs are non-refundable once the download link has been used, as the content cannot be un-seen. If the file is corrupt or inaccessible, we will replace it immediately or refund in full.
4. Cohort cancellation by us
If we cancel or reschedule a cohort for any reason, you can choose between a full refund or credit toward a future cohort of equal or greater value.
5. How to request
Email support@expitech.com with your order ID and a short note. We usually respond within one working day.
