These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.expiech.com and any course/internship services provided by Expitech Education Private Limited (“Expitech”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing our Website, submitting your details, or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
Our services are available only to users who are 18 years or older.
2) Services offered
Expitech provides:
- Digital marketing courses
- Internship programs
- Related training support and placement assistance (as described below)
3) Enrollment, access duration & conduct
- Course access (including materials/learning support) is provided for 6 months from the date of joining/enrollment unless otherwise stated in writing.
- You agree to follow classroom/community rules, instructions from trainers, and general discipline guidelines.
- We may update the content, schedule, or delivery methods to improve quality.
4) Fees & payments
- Fees must be paid as agreed at the time of admission.
- If a payment fails, is reversed, is rejected, or if there is a chargeback/payment dispute, we may pause or terminate access until the issue is resolved.
5) Refunds & cancellations
- No refunds are provided after admission/enrollment (Zero refund after taking admission).
- Please confirm the course details before admission.
6) Batch transfer
- A student may request a batch transfer to a future batch, subject to company approval.
- Approval depends on seat availability, academic progress, and internal policy.
7) Removal / termination by the company
We may remove/suspend a student from the course and/or restrict access if:
- The student violates rules and regulations of the class/community
- The student engages in misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior
- There is non-payment, payment rejection, chargeback, or unresolved payment issues
- There is misuse, piracy, or unauthorized distribution of content
- The student violates these Terms
8) Intellectual property & content restrictions
All course content, recordings, notes, creatives, templates, and materials are the intellectual property of Expitech and/or its trainers/licensors.
You must not:
- Share your access, recordings, or materials with others
- Repost, resell, publish, or distribute course content on any platform
- Record sessions and distribute them without written permission
Violation consequences: If you share or repost content unlawfully, you may be required to pay compensation/damages and related costs as determined by the Company based on the impact of the violation, and we may terminate access immediately.
9) Placement assistance
Expitech provides placement assistance only. This may include guidance, interview preparation, referrals, or support where possible.
We do not guarantee job placement, salary, or hiring outcomes unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
10) WhatsApp and communication
If you opt in, we may contact you via WhatsApp/SMS/email/call regarding admissions, support, and promotional communication.
You can opt out of WhatsApp marketing by replying “STOP”.
